Native Alabamian, Latrice Johnson has experience hands on the pros and cons of the state. Born the fifth and the last child, she has experience generations of changes in our school system. Miss Latrice has been volunteering for Black Alabamians 4 Education for many years. She has also volunteered for other community organizations.

Latrice is the owner of The Valtina Business LLC which employs people with disabilities to work from home. She is also a co-owner of B.R.G.W Trucking and Keiyotrice Solutions. Her hobbies is candle making, writing short stories and books, and also DYI projects. Her passion is helping the community whether it be feeding the homeless or educating the community on the future of the youth.
